Role requirements
For this specific role, the schools are seeking a confident and reliable Teaching Assistant. It is useful, but not necessary, to have experience in SEND Teaching Assistant roles or previous experience and knowledge in supporting children with high/complex needs. It's important candidates who apply for this role have knowledge of both KS1 and KS2 cirriculum and feel comfortable with behavioural management and any other additional SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant requirements.
