Head Chef Job Role
The Head Chef will oversee the running of the kitchen and a small team and continue to develop the success of this quality venue. Consisting of restaurant, small events, afternoon teas and private dining. A quality fresh food offer, showcasing local producers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have head chef experience in hotel or restaurant, a hands-on approach, along with excellent communication, kitchen management and leadership skills. Overseeing a team of 5+. Successful candidates will have a stable background and previous Head Chef experience or a strong Sous Chef seeking a first Head Chef post.

Salary
Starting Salary on offer is to £42,000 p.a. depending on experience.
