QHSE Associate | Lymington | £27,000 - £30,000 DOE

The QHSE Associate will support the implementation and maintenance of QHSE systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to grow their career in a collaborative and innovative setting.

As QHSE Associate, you will:

  • Support QHSE activities across the business
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate QHSE documentation and records
  • Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement
  • Assist with internal audits and ensure compliance with HSE regulations
  • Engage with teams across the business to uphold quality standards

As QHSE Associate, you will have:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a QHSE role within a similar environment
  • A solid understanding of Health & Safety requirements
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate QHSE documentation
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification is desirable
