Utilising your experience, the Care Coordinator will be responsible for completing team rotas to ensure that the care delivered is of the highest standard. You will work with all internal teams to facilitate patient centred care that enriches the quality of our client’s lives and enables them to live within their own homes whatever their abilities.

We are happy to consider applicants that have worked as a carer with experience within an office/admin capacity.

Job duties:

  • Liaise closely with lead coordinator or registered manager to manage recruitment needs
  • Process changes to customer care and support plans
  • Ensure there is sufficient cover to deliver excellent care and support to customers
  • Utilise IT systems to allocate care assistants, and appropriately match them to the right customer
  • Rota production and distribution
  • Maintenance of electronic and handwritten records
  • Manage highly confidential and sensitive information

Qualities that are advantageous:

  • Qualified in NVQ Level 2 or NVQ level 3 Health & Social Care desirable
  • Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle desirable

The salary for this role is dependent on experience however will be in the region of £28,000 - £32,000. There is also a very lucrative benefits package available with the role.
