Site Manager – Dorset
£50,000 – £55,000 + Package

My client a well-regarded regional housebuilder known for delivering high-quality residential developments with a focus on craftsmanship and community. They’re now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of upcoming schemes in Dorset.
What you’ll be doing:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations from groundworks to handover

Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and programme targets are met

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards

Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and consultants to maintain strong working relationships

Reporting progress to senior management and contributing to continuous project improvement
What we’re looking for:
-
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction
-
Strong knowledge of traditional build methods (timber frame a bonus)
-
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS (black card preferred)
-
A hands-on, proactive approach with strong leadership and communication skills
