Our client is looking for a experienced Private Client Solicitors/Legal Executives to join their busy teams in both their Lymington and New Milton offices. This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team.

Areas of focus will include:

  • Wills drafting
  • Probate administration
  • Court of Protection / LPA
  • Tax planning and advice
  • Trust set up and administration

Duties will include:

  • Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
  • Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Probate and Estate administration, Inheritance Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Must be able to manage simple Trusts.
  • Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
  • Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
  • Attending clients in their own environment as required.
  • Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
  • Maintaining good billings records within the team.

Desired skills:

  • Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 4 years PQE +.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills.
  • STEP is desirable but not essential.
  • Business development and networking skills.
