A prestigious Hospitality venue is seeking a professional and motivated F&B manager to lead and develop its hospitality operation.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who will take full responsibility for the guest experience, train and inspire a small but dedicated team, and bring fresh ideas to elevate the F&B offering.
The Opportunity:
- Lead and manage a front-of-house team, ensuring service is warm, attentive, and consistently of the highest standard
- Develop and mentor the team, embedding best practice and a genuine culture of hospitality
- Take responsibility for day-to-day operations, member engagement, and overall service delivery
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen team, ensuring front of house service matches the strong reputation of the food
- Innovate with ideas for events, marketing initiatives, and private dining experiences that enhance member engagement
- Maximise use of two beautiful terraces overlooking Lymington's most spectacular views
About You:
- Proven experience in managing high-quality hospitality, ideally within private clubs, boutique hotels, or fine dining restaurants
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, and inspire small teams
- A natural host with a deep understanding of high-calibre clientele and their expectations
- Commercially aware, organised, and proactive in finding ways to improve both service and member engagement
- A creative thinker, able to generate event and dining concepts that keep members returning
