A vibrant RIBA Chartered architectural practice is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team in the Lymm office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small, collaborative team on a diverse range of projects across the UK, including residential, commercial, education, and heritage sectors. The practice values individuals who bring strong technical skills, a solid understanding of construction, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team. The role may also be suitable for qualified Architects with the appropriate experience.

Daily Duties:
- Prepare and manage drawings using AutoCAD
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with construction standards
- Contribute to project planning and problem-solving
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong AutoCAD skills
- Good understanding of construction methods and detailing
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with relevant experience
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to varied projects
