What youll get up to?

As Head Chef, youll lead the kitchen with passion and pride - delivering consistently great food while building a supportive, motivated brigade.

You will:

Deliver best-in-class gastro pub food using quality, fresh ingredients

Lead, train and mentor your kitchen team alongside your Sous Chef

Maintain excellent health & safety standards and a 5-star rating

Manage GP, stock control and labour to hit key targets

Create a positive, calm and professional kitchen culture

Take ownership of standards, consistency and seasonal menus

Play a key role in developing chefs and shaping the future of the site
