We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven General Manager to join our growing collection of food-led country pubs, each located within 15 minutes of each other in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
This is a live-out role, so own transport is essential.
?? The Role
Initial training will take place at our flagship site in Lyndhurst, where you'll immerse yourself in our culture, standards, and food-first ethos.
Following training, you'll take the reins at your own site as part of our exciting company expansion.

A hands-on leader with a love for great food, warm hospitality, and building strong teams.
Proven experience in managing high-quality, food-led pubs or restaurants.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A natural host who understands the importance of community and consistency.
