Berry Recruitment are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join a local authority based at their Lyndhurst office.

There is two opportunities - one permanent and one 24 month fixed term contract.

Both full time Monday to Friday 37 hours per week - hybrid working is applicable with 50% office and 50% home working.

Salary between £34,541 and £38,245 depending on experience.

The candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing new solutions. Working in a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Main Duties:

  • Analyse, evaluate, enhance and document business processes, systems and requirements
  • Ensure technical solutions deliver measurable business value
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and digital solutions
  • Develop and present business cases for new projects
  • Work closely with IT and Transformation teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
  • Monitor project progress and reports

Candidate Requirements:

  • Business Analysis or equivalent qualification or actively working towards (BCS, PMI, Agile, Lean Six Sigma)
  • Proven experience working as a technical business analyst, working in an ICT environment
  • Competent in business analysis techniques
  • Understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Experience working with, configuring and implementing cloud based digital systems
