This is an office-based role. Due to the location of the role, own transport would be advised.
As the Administrator you will:
- Support the Gas and Electrical Manager in tracking statutory compliance checks to homes
- Assist in maintaining accurate compliance records, including updating internal systems with all tenant communication
- Ensure effective communication of priority repairs and Housing Health and Safety Rating System to residents.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, ensuring all resident communications and actions are logged.
- Identify vulnerable tenants and help ensure relevant support is provided through supporting agencies.
- Log all tenant interactions, access attempts and compliance notes accurately through the Locata process.
- Use computer systems and M365 systems to include planner.
We are looking for an organised and efficient Administrator with:
- Experience of working in a similar role within a local authority, housing association, property management or property maintenance company would be ideal.
- Good communication and ability to speak effectively to residents, staff and contractors.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with minimalsupervision
The role is inside IR35 and the successful applicant will need to operate via an umbrella company. Initially a 6 month contract, the role may lead to a permanent role.
