Prospero Teaching are seeking Learning Support Mentors to join a client school in Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

You'll be working with pupils aged 5-19 with Autism Spectrum Condition and social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Working closely with teachers and tutors to support students throughout their learning day.
Acting as a mentor and role model, helping young people to build confidence, develop social skills, and engage positively with learning.
Using restorative and proactive strategies to encourage positive behaviour and resilience.
Supporting pupils one-to-one or in small groups, creating those breakthrough moments that make all the difference.
What We're Looking For
A caring, patient, and collaborative approach.
GCSE Maths & English (grade C/level 4 or above).
Previous SEN experience is desired, particularly supporting young people with Autism or behavioural needs.
Resilience, adaptability, and a proactive mindset when supporting students with diverse needs.
Experience in education or childcare is an advantage, but if you're new and passionate, we'll help you find your feet.
The Details
Hours: 08:30-16:30 (Mon-Tue), 08:30-16:00 (Wed-Thu), 08:30-15:00 (Fri)
Contract: Term-time only (39 weeks per year), Temp-to-Perm
Pay: Starting at 13.96 per hour
Location: Lyndhurst, Hampshire
