What you'll be doing

Your skills and experiences

Essential

  • Supplier management with the ability to influence supplier actions and behaviours in challenging contractual and commercial environments
  • Experience in integrating sensors into multi-layered weapon systems by working across multiple specialist domains and distilling technical information into clear conclusions
  • Skilled in supporting small to medium-sized teams of Systems Engineers, fostering collaboration and driving delivery
  • Good communicator, able to convey multi-layered concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders and influence large, multi-faceted, multi-national programmes

Desirable

  • Degree-level education in an engineering discipline, or a good foundation with the aspiration and capability to pursue a degree alongside work
  • Early career experience gained through remove entirely sensor testing in both ground and airborne environments
