As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
- Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
- Create and update individual care plans for residents.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date medication records.
- Provide valuable support, guidance, and assistance to the team.
- Hands on nursing duties.
- Develop strong relationships with key partners within the community.
- Ensure adequate staffing through efficient management of staff rotas.
- Assist the Registered Manager in running the Home.
The role of Deputy Home Manager role comes with a comprehensive package, including:
- Hourly rate of £22 - £24ph
- Paid breaks
- Working 48 hours per week 4 x 12 hour shifts from 8am-8pm
- Allocated supernumerary time
- Annual salary of up to £59,000+

- Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment at Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager level
- Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Strong leadership and management skills.
