Up to £28,000 basic
OTE up to £32,000

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

Experience sales environment
Strong Customer service experience
Full UK Driving Licence

Key tasks of a Lettings Negotiator will include:

To identify & follow up on new leads/business generation
· Carrying out viewings at various rental properties
· Drafting tenancy agreements and renewals
· Dealing with enquiries via email and telephone
· Helping build up our client's lettings brand and creating business.
· Various ad hoc duties
