Zachary Daniels are recruiting for an Supervisor to join a well-known premium retail brand in Blackpool. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic fashion retailer, managing all aspects of store operations and leading a small team.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily running of the store, driving sales, and leading a motivated team to deliver outstanding customer service. You will take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), support staff development, and ensure a high level of operational efficiency.

Responsibilities of a Supervisor:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, stock control, and sales performance
- Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered
- Train, develop, and motivate the team, providing coaching and career progression opportunities
- Monitor store performance, analyse sales trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Drive the team to achieve company objectives and maintain high standards
- Effectively communicate with customers, team members, and senior management
Experience and Background:
- Previous retail experience at a Supervisor or Management level.
- A passion and strong interest in fashion
- A strong understanding of KPIs and experience in driving store performance
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- A track record of delivering excellent customer service
- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
