Simply Education is working with a caring and inclusive primary school in Mablethorpe to recruit a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide individual support for two pupils-one in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and one in Key Stage 2 (KS2).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a patient, empathetic, and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference to children's learning and development.

The Role:

Provide 1:1 support to two pupils with specific learning and/or behavioural needs - one in EYFS and one in KS2
Adapt learning materials and approaches to meet individual needs
Assist with classroom routines, learning tasks, and emotional regulation
Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to deliver tailored support
Help create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

This is a full-time, term-time only role ideal for someone looking to build a rewarding career in education and make a real impact on children's progress.

Requirements:

Experience working with children in an EYFS or KS2 setting (school or nursery)
A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
Ability to build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff
A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 TA or Childcare) is desirable but not essential
