Contract Type: Permanent
Flexible Working: 36-40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime
Shifts: 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
Weekend Work: Occasionally required

Your Role:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:
Operating machinery and handling chemicals safely.
Using hand tools and machinery, including lift tracks and overhead cranes (training provided).
Maintaining a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
Keeping accurate records using our stock system (basic IT skills required).
Assisting in manual handling tasks.

Has previous production experience.
Demonstrates a solid understanding of health and safety practises.
Is comfortable using basic IT systems.
Is eager to learn and develop new skills, especially with machinery.
Holds a valid driving licence.
