Join a leading UK residential property management company in this senior role, driving growth, managing a talented team, and building strong client relationships.

The Role:

Lead and manage the Business Development team to deliver revenue growth and expand market presence. Oversee the full process from lead generation and tender submissions to contract signing and smooth client handover. Collaborate across the business to align strategies, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and promote the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and implement the business development strategy with senior leadership.
  • Manage team performance and output.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Oversee proposals, tender responses, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate contracts, budgets, and internal reports.
  • Work with marketing to strengthen online presence and brand awareness.
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new clients to the mobilisation team.

About You:

  • Proven business development and client management experience, ideally in property.
  • MTPI or equivalent
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic mindset with financial acumen.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, highly organised, and able to prioritise effectively.
