Astute Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a global organisation with over 60 manufacturing facilities and a global workforce of over 9,000 experienced professionals. The organisation is in the market for a Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Opportunity:

This role supports recruiting efforts, arranges interviews, prepares offer letters, and supports new hire orientation. Youll contribute to enhancing our talent acquisition processes and collaborate closely with the global team.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through networking, job boards, social media, internet research, etc.
  • Review resumes on the CRM system and assess alignment with role requirements and organisational values
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and recommend candidates to hiring managers
  • Create interview schedules and coordinate logistics between candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage the pre-hire process, including pre-employment screening, new hire paperwork, onboarding in Workday, and supporting hiring managers with day-one preparation
  • Track success indicators such as time-to-fill, internal promotions, and diverse hires
  • Deliver a first-class candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders throughout the recruitment journey
  • Ensure adherence to ATS processes, including capturing interview feedback and managing candidate pipelines accurately
  • Report and present key recruitment updates to senior leadership

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (either agency or in-house)
  • Strong sourcing skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with European or global recruitment processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (Workday knowledge is desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques


Hybrid 2 days a week

Either day rate or FTC - day rate circa £250 or FTC £45,000
