Position: Multi Trade Operative
Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 Salary
Location: Macclesfield
Contract: Permanent (PAYE)

Think Recruitment are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative based local to Macclesfield to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across Social Housing.
Duties will include:
- Carrying out Planned / Reactive Maintenance withing social housing properties
- You will be working in a mixture of Tenanted and Void properties.
- Carpentry works will be the primary job, but you will also need to carry out basic Plumbing, Painting and Tiling.
- You will also be required to carry out Snagging works once New Kitchens / Bathrooms have been installed.
Experience/Skills required:
- Experience in a similar role within domestic properties.
- Experience within Social Housing / Local Authority properties is desirable.
- Diving licence is essential as you will be required to carry out a mobile role.
- You will be required to have a full DBS carried out if successful, the DBS would need to be clear to be considered.
- Carpentry Qualifications would be advantageous.
Hours:
- 40 Hours, Full Time.
