TRAINEE IFA ADMINISTRATOR

SALARY UP TO £23,000

NJR Recruitment have been instructed to work with an established firm of Independent Financial Planners based in South Mancher. Offering extensive experience in the industry, our Client is now looking for a motivated and organised individual to join the team as an Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a small team and be an important part of assisting in the businesses growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  2. Managing emails, calls and diary bookings
  3. Maintaining and updating records and databases
  4. Assisting with document preparation
  5. Ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various departments

Experience and Skills:

  1. A positive, can-do attitude
  2. Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
  3. Confident using Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook)
  4. Willing to learn
  5. No previous experience required-Just enthusiasm and a willingness to get stuck in!
