Job title: Ecommerce Specialist
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Macclesfield- 4 days office, 1 day working from home
Forward Role are partnering with a family-owned retailer, based in Macclesfield, who are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join their team. With a long-standing history, within the Cheshire area, they partner with some of the biggest brands in the market and offer thousands of products to their customers.
The Ecommerce Specialist will be instrumental in driving on-line performance and growth for the business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Day-to-day management of the site, including merchandising, promotion planning and troubleshooting
- Manage website developments and web updates
- Develop and implement an SEO strategy
- Manage marketplace channels including Amazon and eBay
- Conduct performance analysis and provide reports and recommendations on KPI's
To be considered for this role, you must;
- Have previous ecommerce experience, ideally a minimum of 2 years
- Be a confident user of SEMRush, GA4, Search Console and Tag Manager
- Have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritise your workload effectively
- Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
