Our client, a well-established and respected interiors contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Specialising in high-quality interior fit-outs, they deliver projects across a range of sectors including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven QS to play a key role in the commercial success of fast-paced, high-specification projects.







Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs from tender to final account

  • Prepare and evaluate subcontractor packages

  • Conduct site visits and liaise with project and site teams

  • Monitor and forecast project budgets and cash flow

  • Prepare monthly valuations, CVRs, and progress reports

  • Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities

  • Negotiate and manage contract variations and claims



Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction sector

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness

  • Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field

  • Confident using Excel and estimating software
