Our client, a well-established and respected name in the interior fit-out and partitioning industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong commercial insight, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost planning, tendering, and procurement processes

  • Prepare accurate valuations, manage variations, and oversee final accounts

  • Ensure effective cost control and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

  • Oversee contract administration, including JCT and bespoke forms

  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure commercial objectives are met

  • Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team



Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quantity surveying role within the interiors or fit-out sector

  • In-depth knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial management best practices

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently

  • Proficiency with QS software and MS Office applications
