Academics are recruiting committed Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a network of Secondary Schools in Macclesfield, working primarily with KS3 and KS4 classes. Immediate start available.
Whether you're an experienced teacher or an ECT, this is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of educational settings!
You'll be delivering pre-planned lessons to KS3 and KS4 classes across a range of subjects (dependent on your specialism). You'll maintain classroom order with confidence and efficiency, and ensure students stay engaged with their learning tasks.
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - or equivalent teaching qualification
- Relevant experience in KS3 and KS4 settings
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with students quickly
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments
- A passion for education and making a difference
