  • Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with SEN
  • Assist the class teacher in creating inclusive learning environments

  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to meet students' needs

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech & language needs, SEMH)
  • Is patient, nurturing, and flexible in their approach
  • Works well as part of a team and communicates effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
