Description
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements.
- Focus on Stock condition, HHSRS and Decent Homes surveying and standards
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and project documentation.
- Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and address any arising issues.
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the construction team.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Support the delivery of high-quality housing projects within the community.
