Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately
Use the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer systems
Maintain clear records and documentation in line with company procedures
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Work collaboratively with service advisors and colleagues to ensure high-quality outcomes
What's On Offer
Competitive OTE of 36,000 - 42,000, depending on experience
Saturday mornings paid as overtime (on a rota basis)

What We're Looking For
Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification (essential)
Previous experience in a main dealer or reputable independent workshop
Full UK driving licence
Strong technical and diagnostic skills
A proactive, quality-driven approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction
