In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement across our operations.

The Role

  • Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Lead and support internal audits, calibration, and quality improvement projects.
  • Provide on-site support to production and oversee testing in the QC lab.
  • Maintain documentation, processes, and lab standards to meet compliance.
  • Mentor colleagues and promote a culture of quality and customer-first thinking.

The Person

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or QC testing (ideally in manufacturing).
