Our client are an established, thriving manufacturer with a requirement for an experienced Multiskilled (Electrical bias) Maintenance Technician to join their team.
Main duties:
- To ensure efficient production
- Ensure products are produced exactly as intended and are free of defects.
- Perform equipment setup and operation
- Preventative maintenance
- Run tests and identify potential solutions
- Monitoring outputs
- Troubleshooting
- Monitor product quality
- Apply lean manufacturing principles
- Monitor and control processes
- Identify and debug problems
- Servicing
Skills required
- A time served engineer with minimum HNC/HND qualification in an Engineering discipline is essential.
- Excellent trouble-shooter with the ability to resolve problems effectively and within a cost effect manner
- Confident decision maker who understands the commercial implications of decisions
This position is shift work. This is a full time, permanent role and is available immediately.
