The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality, tailored interventions to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and external agencies to create individual learning plans that address each child's unique needs and ensure measurable progress.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Previous experience working with pupils with SEND, ideally across both KS1 and KS2.

A thorough understanding of a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.

A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teaching.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
