Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Part-Time Temporary Transport Customer Service Executive on a temporary basis that possibly could go permanent in Taplow. You must have transport or courier experience and used to dealing with delivery services.

9am - 2pm (can be flex)
4 weeks holiday (rising to 5 after 1 year) plus Bank Holidays
£13 to £15 per hour
Duties of the Transport Customer Service Executive:
-Â Â Â Helping the Dispatch Manager look after vehicles and pallet deliveries and collections each day.
-Â Â Â Helping with route planning and any delivery issues.
-Â Â Â Driver allocation and coordination.
-Â Â Â Dealing with customers and general administration.
Requirements of the Transport Customer Service Executive:
-Â Â Â Must have experience in HGV or courier operations and coordination.
-Â Â Â Must have excellent customer services skills.
-Â Â Â Must have experience in pallet or parcel distribution.
-Â Â Â Must be familiar with transportation management systems.
-Â Â Â Excellent admin skills.
-Â Â Â Excellent communication skills.
-Â Â Â Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail.
-Â Â Â Excellent IT skills.
