Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to kick-start their career in AV engineering. As an Associate Audio Visual Engineer, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to install, configure, and support AV and VC systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation of AV equipment including displays, projectors, speakers, and control systems
  • Support the setup of video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Cisco)
  • Help conduct site surveys and prepare equipment for deployment
  • Learn to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Provide basic troubleshooting and support under supervision
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation

Candidate Profile

  • Enthusiastic about technology and eager to learn
  • Some hands-on experience with AV, IT, or electrical systems (academic or practical)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites across the region
  • Full UK driving licence (Required)
