About the Role

As an IT Support Apprentice, you will join a dynamic and supportive team, developing essential IT skills while working on real-world projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support for IT and Assisting in customer projects and IT service activities, Handling helpdesk calls and emails, ensuring timely responses, managing and resolving first-line support queries

Gaining experience in networking, security, and cloud services

What We're Looking For

GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths & English (or equivalent)

GCSE, BTEC, or A Level in ICT (preferred) OR hands-on experience with IT systems

A passionate, motivated individual eager to build a career in IT

Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
