Reed Slough is recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive individual with managerial experience who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Deputy Principal to ensure the school buildings and site are well-maintained, secure, and optimally used to support both the school day and extended hours.
- Act as the Operations Manager in their absence.
- Manage a team of caretakers and an Estates Administrator.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Facilities Management or substantial relevant professional experience.
- IOSH Managing Safety qualification or equivalent.
