Assistant Facilities Manager

Reed Slough is recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive individual with managerial experience who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Deputy Principal to ensure the school buildings and site are well-maintained, secure, and optimally used to support both the school day and extended hours.
  • Act as the Operations Manager in their absence.
  • Manage a team of caretakers and an Estates Administrator.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Facilities Management or substantial relevant professional experience.
  • IOSH Managing Safety qualification or equivalent.
