Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy spanning digital, social media and live events
• Enhance the consistency and quality of all brand communications and visuals
• Create engaging content for campaigns, social posts and customer stories
• Organise and deliver trade shows, demonstrations and promotional events
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure marketing supports business growth targets
• Drive successful product launches and regional expansion projects
• Monitor performance data to refine campaigns and boost engagement and lead generation

Marketing Manager required skills, knowledge and experience:

• Proven marketing experience (preferably B2B within the industrial sector)
• Strong creative skills - confident producing digital, photo/video and social content
• A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to set marketing direction
• Strategic thinking combined with commercial understanding
• Enjoys a hands-on, collaborative, office-based environment
• Open to learning the technical aspects of the industry if new to the sector
