Are you a precision-driven CNC Miller ready to make an impact in motorsport and future automotive innovation? ReeVR Talent are looking for a CNC Miller to join our clients world-class engineering team that supplies cutting-edge products to elite motorsport teams, high-performance car manufacturers, and pioneers in hybrid and electric mobility.

Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, our client is looking for a skilled CNC Miller Setter / Operator to strengthen our Production Team.

You’ll be hands-on, working with state-of-the-art milling machines in a high-precision, fast-paced environment, supporting both low-volume bespoke projects and repeat high-performance components.

 

Your Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Set and operate CNC milling machines to tight tolerances
  • Interpret complex engineering drawings with precision
  • Use manual measuring equipment to inspect quality
  • Tool setting and minor Fanuc program editing
  • Prove new programs and provide improvement feedback
  • Load/unload parts, tapping, deburring
  • Keep your workstation and machinery clean and maintained (TPM)
  • Follow daily production schedules and logs
  • Collaborate with production, design, and inspection teams
  • Adhere to Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures
  • Contribute to our Think Smart/Safe programme

Experience:

  • Experience of Milling Operations
  • High attention to detail
  • 3-5 Years relevant production experience
  • Milling, Setting, Operating Matsuura 3-4-5 Axis machine
  • Experience of a high-quality Manufacturing environment
