A successful firm based in Maidenhead, voted Mortgage Firm of the Year 2020, is seeking to recruit a Trainee Mortgage Advisor due to growth.
The role provides full training and development, with the opportunity to obtain the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) within 2-3 years.
The salary for this position ranges from £19,500 to £23,000, with potential increases as the candidate progresses through their qualifications.
High rates of commission are available once the candidate becomes qualified.
Candidates should be bright, enthusiastic, and educated to A level standard, with the ability to work in a compliant manner and meet targets in a pressurized environment.

Based in Maidenhead you will join a successful firm voted Mortgage Firm of the Year 2020.

Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Mortgage Advisor.

The role offers full training and development, in 2-3 years the successful applicant will be put through their Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams which is the industry’s professional qualifications.

Salary £19,500 - £23,000 with increases as you progress through qualifications.

Once qualified high rates of commission are payable.

Duties:

Administering mortgages to offer stage
Establishing and maintaining relationships with Estate Agency introducers
Researching mortgage facilities and placing cases with lenders
Eventually moving on to telephoning warm leads and making appointments
Finally carrying out mortgage and protection appointments and arranging mortgages

Skills and Experience required:

Candidates will be bright, enthusiastic, outgoing and personable
As a minimum educated to good academic A level standard
Motivated to work to targets
Able to work in a compliant manner within a pressurised environment
