  • Manage and resolve claims effectively and professionally.
  • Liaise with clients via phone and email, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of claim settlements in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the claims process.
  • Manage client and supplier relationships, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Challenges:
  • Managing peer relationships while adhering to company policies.
  • Ensuring clear communication across departments to facilitate efficient claims processing.
  • Navigating high-pressure situations involving client service recovery.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Fluent or native-level English (written and spoken) - Essential
  • Basic MS Office skills - Essential
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English - Essential
  • Previous call centre or high-pressure sales environment experience - Desirable
