We are working with a fantastic company based in Maidenhead (parking on site) who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.

Working closely in a friendly team the successful candidate will be providing excellent customer support to their clients charitable supporters, helping with administration, processing information and payment reconciliation.

Previous customer service experience would be highly beneficial.

Duties include

  • Liaising with supporters via telephone and email to resolve queries and handle any issues that arise
  • Distribute administration emails across all clients
  • Using bespoke systems for all individual clients to look up customer details etc
  • Use a bespoke system for charging card payment & handling refunds & cancellations through this system
  • Handling refunds by credit/debit card, cheque, or direct debit
  • Process query letters for failed credit/debit card payments
  • Incoming post recording & opening
  • Outgoing post preparing counting & logging on to the royal mail e-pro system.
  • Preparing and arranging parcels via courier
  • Printing of letters

Key skills required

  • Excellent problem solver, positive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to learn fast under own initiative
  • Able to multi task, often switching between numerous clients and requirements on a day by day basis
  • A very good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages
