Events Senior Campaign Manager, Maidenhead. £32-40K.
We're looking for a Senior Campaign Manager to be at the forefront of creating immersive, innovative, and engaging brand experiences and events, collaborating closely with various internal departments, including creative, finance, talent, logistics and production. This fast-paced, collaborative role is perfect for individuals with exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in band experiences and events.
These positions offer opportunities to travel nationwide, spearheading experiential campaigns across the UK during the bustling festival and festive seasons. You'll collaborate and support stakeholders with pitches, responses and submissions for household name brands. Key responsibilities of this Senior Campaign Manager include:
- Developing strong key relationships with clients and be one of the 'go-to' colleagues.
- Working with Client Services and Account Directors to respond to client briefs and establish a clear project plan for the campaign.
- Understanding clients' needs and their key objectives/metrics for success.
- Identifying and coordinating all relevant resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation or delivery of a campaign.
- Leading day-to-day management of client deliverables and troubleshooting any issues.
- Working closely with internal departments, ensuring they have the right information in order to fulfil their part in the campaign.
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed costs and hitting clients' KPIs.
Requirements of this Senior Campaign Manager:
- A degree, or equivalent in a relevant subject, and/or evidence of relevant work experience at a successful first line management level will be acceptable.
- Have a background in a busy service based environment, ideally working with FMCG brands.
- Are a people person, love collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
- The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure while managing multiple projects.
- Have at least 2 years' successful professional experience in a similar Campaign/Account Management role in events / experiential.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and control expenditure and P&L.
- Have excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write strong campaign reports, training documents, internal and external emails, and can deliver solid presentations.
- Have a high level of IT literacy including the ability to analyse data, use spreadsheets and produce reports. (Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - oh and Microsoft Teams!
