Part Time Executive Assistant
Maidenhead
30 hours per week (3 days in office, with remote working flexibility)
£12.21 plus benefits and 25 days annual leave
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our client in all aspects of administration. You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the leadership team operates as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Experience in the following areas would be beneficial:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with Xero (bookkeeping) and HubSpot (CRM) is desirable
- Experience managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling travel logistics
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
Overview of duties:
- Office & Diary Management
- Document & Records Management
- Meetings & Event Coordination
- Being the first point of contact answering queries or enquires
- Answering the telephone and directing to the correct person
