Join The Team – Distribution Team Member

Our client is looking for someone to join their small, friendly team in Maidenhead, helping them manage the distribution of branded merchandise, clothing, and print for clients who exhibit at trade shows and events.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Checking client orders to make sure the right stock is in place for on-time delivery.
  2. Keeping stock levels organised across storage areas.
  3. Packing items securely and meeting any specific client or shipping requirements.
  4. Preparing shipping and customs paperwork.
  5. Overseeing dispatches and keeping the stock control system up to date.
  6. Communicating with clients to resolve issues and keep them updated on order status.

What They're Looking For:

  1. Someone with a keen eye for detail and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
  2. Strong communication skills - you'll be liaising with important clients and with colleagues daily.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  4. Ideally, some experience in order management, stock control, or logistics howeverthey do offer on the job training for the right candidate..
