As a Food & Beverage Supervisor (Breakfast), you will ensure exceptional service and hospitality across all our F&B outlets, including our restaurant, spa lounge, terrace, and afternoon tea service. You will lead by example, supporting the team to maintain the highest standards while delivering a warm and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve guests in all F&B outlets in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner, considering individual guest needs
- Prepare outlets and stations to departmental standards
- Maintain clean and well-stocked stations, fridges, and cupboards
- Carry out cleaning duties according to schedule
- Take opportunities to increase food & beverage sales
- Assist with cellar and storeroom duties, including stock rotation and wastage prevention
- Ensure beverages are served to legal and outlet standards and accounted for accurately
- Report any Health & Safety hazards to management
- Uphold all product and service standards
- Acknowledge and report guest complaints immediately
- Support other departments and colleagues as needed
- Follow POS procedures and minimum control standards
- Carry out reasonable requests from management
Working Hours:
- 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute break (longer hours optional in summer)
- Monday to Friday, weekend availability required
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Leadership skills to supervise and motivate the team
- Strong hospitality and customer service focus
- Experience in food & beverage service in a professional environment
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and stock control
- Team player with initiative to enhance guest experience
