HR Administrator | Maidenhead (Hybrid) | £30,000 - £33,000Overview:My client, a leading financial services company with offices in Maidenhead, are looking for a HR Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. You will be working within a HR team and have experience in a fast-paced environment, working with recruitment, administration and HR admin. Role & Responsibilities:
  • Post job ads, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS
  • Prepare offer letters, rejection letters, and onboarding materials
  • Manage recruitment inbox and assist with background checks
  • Manage office space, including access cards and occupancy statistics
  • Coordinate maintenance services (shredding, fire extinguishers, etc.)
  • Conduct safety checks, risk assessments, and maintain compliance records
  • Address queries through the facilities inbox
  • Assist with HR team administrative tasks and event management
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years’ HR and administrative experience
  • Proficient in ATS and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and confidential information
  • Knowledge of health & safety compliance is a plus

  • Salary of £30,000 - £33,000
