Description

Payroller (Part Time Available!)

  • Perform daily payroll department - end to end payroll operational work
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports
  • Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits
  • Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance
  • Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll
  • Perform compliances for unclaimed property payroll checks
  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

Profile

Payroller (Part Time Available!)

  • Immediately available or ability to join on short notice (Happy to commute to Maidenhead)
  • Comfortable starting on an FTC with the idea of transitioning across to a permanent contract between 6-12 months
  • Happy to come to the office on a hybrid basis (free parking on site)
  • Strong UK End to end payroll processing exposure (not necessary to have sign off but highly desirable)
  • Great Excel knowledge/skills - VLOOKUPS, PIVOTS and SUMIFs (ideally but not essential)
  • Team Player but independent
