Are you an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative looking for a stable role within the social housing sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services to tenants across Reading, Slough, and Brent.
What you’ll do:- Carry out plumbing repairs and installations in occupied and void properties.
- Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, and patch plastering.
- Ensure all work meets health & safety standards and customer satisfaction.
- Respond to emergency and planned maintenance jobs.
- Proven experience in plumbing within social housing or similar environments.
- Ability to complete multi-trade tasks to a high standard.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach.
- Competitive salary of £39,707 per year.
