Qualities/Experience we need for our Senior Sous Chef:

  • Passionate about cooking and pushing boundaries.
  • Proven experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens, ideally 58 years, with a background as a Sous Chef.
  • Strong track record in kitchen management, including training and leading a brigade.
  • Experience in menu development, cost control, and operational management (stock, ordering, hygiene).
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Creative and technically skilled, with a passion for culinary excellence.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, inspiring and supporting junior staff.
  • Committed to upholding Michelin-star standards at every service.
  • Enthusiastic work ethic with integrity.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with an eye for perfection.
  • Professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
